As someone who’s constantly busy, the King Soopers app has been incredibly helpful! It makes grocery shopping so much easier, especially with pick-up orders. The app is well laid out, easy to use, and I’ve never had any major issues. If an item is ever missing from my order, they always refund it right away with no hassle. I truly love using this app, it saves me time and stress every week!

While it works for the most part for making lists and adding different coupons and other savings, it's slow and glitchy. Which it didn't used to be. I now often find myself now diverting to a laptop and the website to make my lists as it's far more reliable and less tedious due to all the glitches and lags on the app. 2025.10 Edit: the app is now causing problems with my list. Showing "product info not available" for a majority of items in my list. Awesome.

The latest update is, in a word, rubbish. It is now so unnecessarily difficult to make a shopping list that the app is next to useless. Why, if I am set to shop in-store, does the app insist on adding things to my cart? Why did you remove the search option from the shopping list so that the only way to add things to your shopping list is to exit out of the list, search for the item, add it to your list, and then go back to your list so that you can increment the total? 0 stars if I could.
